Challenge

As digital marketplace for insurance wefox experiences rapid growth on both sides of their platform: brokers and customers. Functional teams (i.e. product, marketing, sales) have been established across the organization to focus on intercompany workflows and processes. As a next step wefox wanted to introduce a growth mindset across the entire company to unleash long-term sustainable growth.

Our solution

Together with the wefox head of growth Pirates developed a framework of tools and processes helping the new growth team to generate, structure and test new growth experiments. The team meets biweekly to share insights and learnings from executed minimum viable tests (MVTs), maintaining the ICE-ranked backlog and priortise on future tests.

The results

Within two months after kick-off the growth team generated 48 experiements, schedule 4 MVTs and successfully run the first one.
